Dr. Jeyasekharan Hospital was founded in Nagercoil by the Late Dr. N. D. Jeyasekharan & the Late Mrs. M. Rani Jeyasekharan in 1965. We are very happy and honoured to have grown into one of the best known multispecialty hospitals in Kanyakumari District.
Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical Trust is an NABH accredited and ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Bureau Veritas certified multi-speciality hospital. We have over 60 Medical speciality departments such as Urology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Gynaecology, Paediatrics and more. There are also clinical facilities including 24hr Ambulance, Pharmacy, ICUs, Laboratory, Operating Theatres and Blood Bank services.
In addition to this, the Trust also offers Post-graduate training towards DNB and B.Sc. Nursing as well as other degree and diploma courses at The Dr.Jeyasekharan College of Nursing & The College of Allied Health Sciences.

INTERNATIONAL NURSES’ DAY 2022
International Nurse’s Day 2022 was celebrated on 12th May 2022 at the Auditorium, Dr. Jeyasekharan Hospital & Nursing Home. The theme of the International Nurse’s Day 2022 is “Nurses-A voice to lead: Invest in nursing and respect rights to secure Global health.”
WORLD RED CROSS DAY-2022
World Red Cross Day is celebrated on May 8th to commemorate the birth anniversary of the founder of the Red Cross and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Henry Dunant. The theme of the World Red Cross Day 2022 is “Be Human Kind”.
WORLD ASTHMA DAY
The world asthma day was remembered on 3rd May every year and it was observed on 4th May 2022 on the Theme ‘Closing Gaps in Asthma Care’ which was aimed to enhance the awareness on asthma among children, adolescent and adult.
