Diplomate of National Board — Excellence in Medical Education

The Institution is recognized by the National Board of Examination to train students towards Diplomate National Board Exams in:

Two students can be taken every year in each speciality for a 3 year inservice training programme. Regular Seminars, Journal Club meetings and ward discussions are held. NBE relayed interactive CME Sessions via satellite and internet access is available to the students in addition to good library facilities. Students are encouraged to take part in local and national conferences and to present papers.

From January 2011, the counselling for DNB has been centralized and the candidates are allotted to this institution by the NBE (National Board of Examinations).
