Pongal is harvest festival, a traditional thanks giving occasion to nature. Pongal Festival was celebrated at College of Allied Health Sciences with joy. The students and staffs actively took part in the celebration. Students were dressed in colorful traditional wears. As the part of celebration “Chakara Pongal” was prepared in earthen pots and distributed to the Teachers, Students and Supportive staffs. Students actively participated in various events and competitions conducted on Pongal festival.
