On the mark of World Patient Safety Day, Dr.Jeyasekharan College of Allied Health Sciences with collaboration of Dr.Jeyasekharan Hospital and Nursing Home organized an event on 15/9/2023 and 16/9/2023 with the theme “Engaging Patients for Patient Safety”.

On significance of World Patient Safety Day the Poster making competition was conducted for students and staffs on 14/9/2023 at college campus. Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical trust College of Allied health sciences, College and School of Nursing students and Hospital staffs were participated enthusiastically. The winners are awarded with certificates and prizes. Participants will receive participation certificates.

For Creating patient awareness on 15/9/2023 and 16/9/2023 at 11.00 am, Health Talk on “Engaging Patients for Patient Safety” was done in Front OPD and Pediatric OPD by Ms. Athevera Abenantha OTAT II year and Ms. D.Varsha., Dialysis Technology- II year. The presentation was commenced with an Introduction and welcome speech by Mrs. S.Leethial Assistant professor.
