Responsibilities
Staff Recruitment
Managing the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Training & Development
Organizing training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives for all staff members.
Employee Relations
Maintaining positive workplace relationships and addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Payroll & Benefits
Managing salary processing, employee benefits, and compensation administration.
Performance Management
Conducting performance appraisals and implementing employee evaluation systems.
Compliance & Policies
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
