Explore the Art & Craft Exhibition and Sale at Our Hospital! – 2024

Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical Trust College of allied health sciences organized its First annual arts and craft exhibition and sales on Monday 15/4/2024 started at 11.30 am .The event showcased various events created using colour pencils, highlighting the creative talents and skills of the students and artists involved.

The programme started at 11.30 am at Dr.Jeyasekharan Hospital and Nursing home and the programme was inaugurated by Mrs. Sujatha Ranjit, Administrator, Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical Trust. Ms. Anju Sabu, IT Consultant, Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical Trust. Followed by the inauguration, the exhibition opened for sale to the public who visited the artworks and collected their favourite pieces.

The exhibition featured a diverse range of colour pencil artworks, Quelling artworks, Acrylic painting on canvas, Hand painted pen holders & pots, Block printed Tote Bags, Painted Cushion Covers, Clay art Key Chains, Handmade Greeting cards. Each artwork displayed a unique blend of colours, intricate details and artistic techniques, demonstrating the creativity and craftsmanship of the students.

Visitors to the exhibition had the opportunity to admire the artworks, interact with the artists, and even purchase their favourite art works during the sale. The event provided for the budding artists to showcase their talents. The exhibition and sales closed by evening 4.00pm.

Overall the program was an enormous success, providing an enriching experience for all budding artists in Dr.Jeyasekharan Medical Trust College of allied health sciences. The arts and craft exhibition leaves a long lasting impression on all who attended.
