Teachers Day Celebration Report-2024
Teacher’s day is celebrated every year on September 5th to remember Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan-Second President of India. The great academic philosopher, and one of the most well-known diplomats, scholar, President of India and above all a teacher. The teacher’s day programme was organized and conducted by Students of Allied Health Sciences on 5th September 2024 at around 11am in the college auditorium. B.Sc. Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology, B.Sc. Dialysis Technology, B.Sc. Cardiac Technology Students and Teachers participated in the programme.
The Program commenced with Prayer song by the College Choir followed by welcome Address by Ms.Varsha B.Sc. DT III Year. The teachers were welcomed with Special Dedication song. The Course-Coordinator Mrs. Jeyalakshmi gave a valuable speech on the role of teachers in shaping the society and inspired the students by her motivational speech and extended her teachers day greetings to her team.
Students expressed their gratitude and respect towards their teachers on that day.They presented various cultural activities like speech,dance and songs to express their feelings. The programme was concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Ms. Adhevera Abhinantha OTAT III Year followed by the National Anthem.
