“My husband Mr.E.Vijay Jacobs was admitted in your hospital on January 8th, 2020 for removal of a kidney. During our stay in your hospital, we experienced the following:

1. We appreciate the skill and concern of the doctors in timely detection of the cyst and successful removal of the kidney.
2. We thank all the operation theater staff and all the other concerned nurses for their kind and sincere service.
3. We also thank the support staff who maintained the cleanliness of the room by sweeping and mopping the room twice a day.
