On behalf of Dr. Jeyasekharan Medical Trust, College of Allied Health Sciences it gives us great pleasure to invite you to the workshop on Vascular Access on Sunday, 24th March 2024.
Dr. Jeyasekharan Hospital and Nursing Home was founded by the Late Dr N.D. Jeyasekharan in 1965 and it has stepped into 59 years of service in Health Care. It is a NABH accredited 200 bedded Multispecialty Hospital offing Safe and Quality Medical Services with reliable diagnostic facilities and 24 hours Accident & Emergency care. It is a NBE accredited post-graduation institution in the broad specialties of General Surgery, Anesthesia and Medicine. It also runs a College of Allied Health Sciences and College of Nursing.
Dr. Jeyasekharan Medical Trust college of Allied Health Sciences was started in the year 2015 with the aim of transforming the students joining these courses into highly skilled paramedical service providers, and the college is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University our college is also proud of its efficient, skillful and very supportive teaching and non-teaching faculty.
We have a state of the art dialysis department with advanced machines, experienced doctors and well trained staffs. The unit is headed by Nephrologist Dr.Ninoo George who was trained from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Christian Medical College, Vellore.
This Vascular Access workshop teaches health care providers the vascular access identification, planning and management of AV Access and its ongoing intervention. We look forward to seeing you all at the workshop.
Broad Aim
The vascular access workshop offers the attendee a comprehensive understanding of planning for arteriovenous access and managing the AV access, assessing for early and ongoing intervention.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this workshop, the participants will be able to,
